Coowonga Folk Club hosted yet another spectacular event Last night at the Benke studio, CQ Uni. Around 250 club members and guests were treated to a huge night of music by 33 perdormers to celebrate Bob Dylan music. The night kicked off to an early start and the two stages ran sequentially for six hours of continuous music.

Our thanks to all who performed as well as those of the club who pitched in and made it a memorable night. The Village Festival folk were on hand all night to ensure refreshments were available when needed. Our local caters “One Green World” made sure we were properly nourished with their food made with love. Both curries were true world class. Thanks guys!

For the first time ever we were treated to a unique performance by local Ukelelle group YUM. Just this act alone was worth the few measly bucks the club asked for at the door.

Coowonga folk club is seeking new members for this year, so drop in, renew or join for 2012-2013. Whether you play a musical instrument or not, this club has the best vibes.
